A concierge wellness practice is a luxury mobile health service provided by our board certified family nurse practitioner in the comfort of your home, office, or location of your choice. Our goal as a concierge wellness practice is to ensure that you receive high quality care at your convenience.
We currently offer Virtual/Telemedicine weight loss visits to residents of Texas only.
Semaglutide is a long-acting analog of a naturally occurring hormone in the body, GLP-1. Semaglutide is used to treat obesity and/or diabetes.
Tirzepatide, sold under the brand name Mounjaro, is an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Tirzepatide can be used off-label for obesity treatment.
GLP-1 is a naturally occurring hormone in the body that is secreted in the gut and targets multiple receptors in the body related to appetite and hunger.
Everyone is not eligible for treatment with Semaglutide. Semaglutide is for individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 30; or overweight, with a BMI greater than 27 accompanied by medical problems such as high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, or high cholesterol. Semaglutide is not approved for those who have a past medical history or family medical history of a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or if you (or a member of your family) have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Semaglutide is not approved for individuals with a past history of an allergic reaction to Semaglutide/Tirzepatide or for individuals with a diagnosis of Type I Diabetes.
Duration of treatment is dependent on the desire of weight one wants to lose. Patients are typically prescribed Semaglutide/Tirzepatide for three months or longer. Duration can be discussed with your board certified nurse practitioner as treatment plans vary from patient to patient.
Select IV infusion recipe, schedule appointment, pay non-refundable deposit of $50 if applicable, meet your concierge board-certified family nurse practitioner (NP) at your location of choice, review of intake forms and consents by NP, vital signs check, IV insertion, relaxation for approximately 30 min - 60 min, discontinue IV, and discharge home.
Our IV infusions are administered over 30-60 minutes. This is all dependent on several factors such as past medical history, IV insertion, current health status, etc.
During the initial insertion, you may feel an initial prick. However, after the initial insertion, the needed is retracted and the catheter is advanced into your vein. Needles are not left inside of your vein during an IV infusion.
All services offered are cash pay services. The client is responsible for all fees associated with services rendered. We do not accept any insurance.
In addition to your selected service, we charge a concierge fee of $50.00 at the completion of service.
